This learning series will provide you with an approach for thinking critically together about the problems and challenges you face in your local context in order to set a common goal and identify a meaningful action that you can take together to achieve your goal.

As educators in Quebec’s English public schools, you likely have many change ideas for your schools, but knowing how to make changes that lead to lasting improvements in learning and teaching can be more challenging. This learning series will provide you with an approach for testing a change idea that will be less overwhelming, more useful, and more relevant for your team.

Once your team is clear about the problem to address and the goal for improvement, the video and tools in this module will help you identify a change idea to test out to achieve your goal. What small change can you make that might lead to an improvement?
