Reflective Questions

When starting a PDSA, ask yourself or your team these three questions:

  1. What are we trying to accomplish (what problem are we trying to solve)?
  2. How will we know that a change is an improvement?
  3. What changes can we make that will result in an improvement?


Conversation Cards

These Conversation Cards can be used by teams to guide their discussions about a problem of practice, and how they might address it using a PDSA cycle.
