Reflective Questions
When starting a PDSA, ask yourself or your team these three questions:
- What are we trying to accomplish (what problem are we trying to solve)?
- How will we know that a change is an improvement?
- What changes can we make that will result in an improvement?
Conversation Cards
These Conversation Cards can be used by teams to guide their discussions about a problem of practice, and how they might address it using a PDSA cycle.
