Thoughts from Past Participants
“The AMI was extremely helpful throughout year one of ESSB’s Exploratory Project. Roseann and Kesi, supported ESSB in developing the goals and indicators for the Exploratory project when COVID forced a pivot from our previous project. Through frequent meetings throughout the year, the team supported the development of data collection tools and project organization. Roseann and Kesi’s insight has been crucial to the project’s success”

“What helps the most is the objective, skilled perspectives and understanding of the process that you both bring to the table. The questions you ask are on point and lead to deep reflection which leads to concrete improvements in the work we have set out to accomplish. I especially appreciate how the assistance is on-going but spread out over time to allow for consolidation of information and a reflection period between sessions.”
